An initial examination, a discussion of the orthodontic concerns and reasons for seeking treatment ,a provisional treatment plan will be explained for the correction and the orthodontic problem(s), a discussion of the proposed treatment and costs involved and if applicable, information to enable you to make all relevant inquiries to your health fund regarding possible rebates
